I was raised in a Greek family, where cooking and baking pastries were our way of life. As a child I’d watch my Grandmother spend hours kneading bread for baking and pastries for “any occasion”.When I got old enough to lend a hand she patiently taught me her techniques and I have been baking ever since.

My cookies are always made fresh, and I pride myself on their delicate texture. They are made with real butter and pastry flower.
